Wallowa River September Forecast 9/1/26

Cooler nights should mean water temps are safe to fish. However, very low flows (50 cfs) will limit how one fishes. Very little rain is forecast for the month of September. With Wallowa Lake drained to the base of the dam (for dam repair) I am not sure if the end of irrigation season will add much water to the river.
